Michael C. Rossi – BIO
Michael attended The University of San Diego where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, Michael lived and worked overseas for several years where an opportunity with an international trade company enhanced competitive sales, communication and analytic skills. His return to the US transitioned him into a real estate career which boasted over $30,000,000.00 in Apartment Real Estate Sales in developing areas of Arizona. One final shift led Michael to the South Bay in 1992.
After living and establishing several businesses in the South Bay, Michael elected to dedicate his time and energy to the local real estate market by joining the well established and formidable Northwest Investment Real Estate in Manhattan Beach in June of 2001. Michael' strong entrepreneurial business background found him well suited for developing several restaurant and hospitality projects in the South Bay. Areas of involvement ranged from initial conception, investment structuring, capital raising, marketing, promotion and public relations. In addition, Michael has experience representing lessees in lease negotiations, as well as obtaining necessary operating permits for businesses in the area. All of these tremendous business attributes contribute to his diverse and dedicated commitment to fulfilling any of your real estate investment needs.
Complimenting Michael's professional life is continued community involvement on many levels. He serves as the Manhattan Beach Sister City Committee President for several years; he is an active parishioner at American Martyrs Catholic Church, and a volunteer for many charitable causes – International Community Foundation, Fallen Heroes Children Fund, Race to Erase MS, West Coast Sports Medicine Foundation Team to Win Program, Family to Family holiday program and other local organizations.
Michael enjoys surfing, tennis, golf, cycling, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
